How do I know if an item is available?
The item is available for your purchase as long as you are able to add the item to cart. If an item is out of stock, you should not be able to checkout. However, you can still add the unavailable item to your wishlist.
Are the items added to my cart reserved for me?
No. Your order is only confirmed upon completion of payment.
What payment methods does this site accept?
TopQuality currently provides one main payment gateway: Paypal. Paypal accepts most globally-recognised debit and credit cards (e.g Mastercard, American Express, Visa etc). Bear in mind that it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account in order to checkout. Do refer to PayPal's website for more information.
Is it safe to use my credit card here?
TopQuality complies with VeriSign Identity Protection standards, which means that all credit card informations are captured on a highly secured page. Do note that we will never request for your credit card details and password from you.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. It will usually take about 2 to 3 working days for Standard Courier and Ninja Collect via NinjaVan. For Express Courier via NinjaVan, it will usually take about 1 to 2 working days for your parcel to reach you.
